I've been really enjoying Mary Ann Moss'(Dispatch from LA) Remains of the Day online journal class. I have completed two books and I am almost finished with a third. This was the first that I made to bring to Art and Soul in Las Vegas this year. The theme was Art and Soul in Wonderland. I disassembled my workshop booklet and incorporated it into the book. I am ready to start journaling. I will use a light colored paint pen on dark pages and visa versa on light pages. We have enjoyed bringing our granddaughter Bailey, to Disneyland many times. Our favorite rides are Alice and the Teacups, can you tell? This fabric is from Spoonflower.com. You can have your art work made into fabric...how cool is that!
"There is no trying," said Alice. "One can't believe impossible things." "I daresay you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." -Lewis Carroll
I will post photos of my Hawaii theme ROTD journal soon!
